  This Starbucks is located inside the outlet mall and so is subject to the hours of the outlet mall. If you're looking for a Starbucks and this one is closed, consider the one across Brevard in the Ingles which may have different hours.
  
  Only a few few seats inside this Starbucks location, but there were still a few folks with their laptops and using the power outlets. I was able to get a seat for a few minutes with my coffee to catch my breath before resuming my retail therapy.
  
  This Starbucks does have the usual coffees and drinks plus coolers with snacks and pastries. It appears to be the full Starbucks menu.

  When we first arrived it was pleasant at the register while the cashier was able to explain how yummy the hot cloud caramel macchiato vs the cold. We decided on the hot and the cold was made. I immediately informed the lady that made it and not sure if I just confused her but she didn't care and continued making everyone else coffee. They were extremely busy so I understand that but when I went to explain again that we are still waiting for our hot coffee after 4 customers already received theirs  the lady seemed irritated and quickly made it which is awesome but the coffee once again was freezing cold in a hot cup and not even made correctly. Wasn't even worth our time to go back for a new one cause it seemed like it would be another major inconvenience to the lady making our coffee. Thank you Xenia for our freezing cold cloud macchiato that tasted horrible since it needed to be hot!!!

  You know, it's a Starbucks.  It's located in an outlet mall so the hours vary from a normal store but besides that it's pretty standard.  If you dig SB, then this is your spot.  If not, well I'm not sure how many other coffee options you have to choose from at the outlet mall but I think it's zero.  They have a reasonable amount of seating and there is a food court bathroom close by.  I met the manager once and she was very nice.

  This Starbucks is located in the outlet mall next to the food court. The store is your usual Starbucks but got the extra stars for awesome customer service and super friendly staff when I visited.
  The wi fi works fine and has a decent selection of food and indoor and outdoor seating.

  To this day there is still only a China Max in the food court, but screw that, we now have a Starbucks! While this Starbucks is not technically inside the food court, it is adjacent to it and accessible from within the perpetually abysmal food court (unfortunately, unless a food court has Chik-fil-A, it will always be absymal -- agree to disagree, hah!).
  
  This Starbucks is super spacious. However, like all other Starbucks I've encountered in Asheville, this location also does not have any of the Bistro/lunch items. They do have a lot of the much loved breakfast items though!
